Rosepeak is a true owner and operator that provides direct property and construction management through its dedicated affiliate company, BLVD Residential, providing maximum coordination and execution on all capital work that occurs in its portfolio.

Rosepeak specializes in off-market deal sourcing and the middle market (50-200 units). While Rosepeak will pursue select opportunities that are fully marketed, it focuses its efforts on identifying assets for acquisition before they are bid up by being exposed to the general marketplace.

Rosepeak is a disciplined investor that uses a research first approach to identify target markets and specific assets for acquisition. We do not chase deals. Only those opportunities that meet our specific market, location, physical plant and other investment criteria are considered.

Rosepeak is a co-aligned equity partner with its investors in 100% of its deals. The principals of Rosepeak invest 5%-10% of the total equity on every deal and backstop key principal requirements on all borrowings.
